Trauma Informed yoga is a slow flow yoga practice that helps you move unwanted stuck emotional energy from your body utilizing deep stretching and grounding poses.

Breathwork

Remember who you are when you bring yourself back to the breath. Surprise yourself at how much tension and stress is released with intentional breathing techniques. Designed to bring you into a state of releasing emotions and bringing you back to your body.

Holotropic breathwork can be defined as just as intense as a plant medicine journey within 10 minutes. This is amazing for a nervous system shock and reset to get things flowing through your body.
